With over 15 years of experience providing psychodynamic therapy for adults and parents, I have been privileged to support many individuals on their journey toward deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships.

​

My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic, which means our sessions will provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This work isn’t about simply understanding where your challenges come from—it’s about going beyond understanding. Therapy helps you find the words to articulate your experiences, process difficult emotions, and discover new ways of relating to the challenges you’ve faced. By using insights from the past to understand your present dynamics, we can work together to create meaningful changes and help you move forward in more empowered and fulfilling ways.

In therapy, the relationship we build offers a unique opportunity to observe and understand relational patterns as they emerge in real-time. This process can help you develop healthier ways of communicating and relating to others, which can then be applied to your personal and professional relationships.

 

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, a life transition, or the effects of trauma, therapy can provide a compassionate and secure environment for self-discovery and growth. While psychodynamic therapy is at the heart of my work, I have also received training in CBT, DBT, and ACT. At times, I may integrate techniques from these approaches to best support your needs. If I believe you could benefit more from one of these therapies, I’ll gladly assist you in finding a referral to ensure you receive the right care for your situation.
